Digital Marketing Specialist bloom - New York, NY

bloom, a global leader in modern gear & furniture for infants (www.bloombaby.com) is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for their Manhattan HQ

If you’re a creative and analytical digital media pro who understands the social media landscape, specifically paid social and SEM, this role is for you. We’re looking for a digital marketing professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. Bring your knowledge of online marketing and advertising, and your enthusiasm for sales-driven initiatives.

  • Create, and maintain an editorial calendar (6 weeks+)

  • Work cross functionally with E-commerce, merchandising, creative, and CRM teams to develop cohesive digital strategies

  • Formulate strategic insights and assist with managing digital marketing budgets

  • Lead existing paid efforts on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat etc)

  • Manage existing paid search marketing campaigns using Google AdWords

  • Create, measure, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive continuous improvements to KPIS

  • Conduct keyword, trend, and audience research

  • Engage and collaborate with bloom social influencers to promote bloom & obtain digital content

  • Track, measure and report online marketing performance regularly

  • Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies

  • Assist with the researching, onboarding, and execution of new technology platforms

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize content visibility, conversation and engagement

  • Maintain the bloom brand - with consistent voice and tone - across all communications


  • BA or BS degree or equivalent preferred

  • Must have 2+ years experience in digital analytics (Google Analytics / Social insights), online/digital marketing, email marketing.

  • Excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, copywriting)

  • Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to convert big picture ideas into actionable tasks
